Terms and Conditions

For all reservations, we ask for one night’s tariff’s per room as a deposit.

• All deposits are payable by bank transfer at the time of booking.
• Winter rates apply between 1st October and 31st March (excludes public holidays)
• Check in is from 4 pm or earlier by prior arrangement.
• Check out is by 10 am.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• We accept well behaved pets.

Cancellation policy:

A confirmed reservation constitutes a contact between the person making the reservation
and Dha Urlar Bed & Breakfast.

Due to our remote island location, we reserve the right to make a full charge for cancellations
made within 14 days of arrival and for any curtailment of stay to be charged for the remaining nights.
These charges will only apply if we are unable to re-let the room.
For cancellations made prior to 14 days, where we can re-let the room, we will refund the deposit.

We strongly recommend you arrange a holiday cancellation insurance policy including cancellations
due to adverse weather.
